How to use this tool
Paste a valid JSON value and select Process. Nested object keys are sorted alphabetically while arrays keep their original order. The result is indented JSON that you can compare with another version, copy into a code review, or feed into JSON Diff. Try {"z":2,"a":1} and check that a appears before z.
Check the result
Sorting changes the serialized bytes even when object meaning is unchanged. Do not use the sorted copy where a signature or hash expects the exact original bytes. Invalid JSON produces a parse error. This utility does not format JavaScript objects with comments or trailing commas.

Can I save my result?
Run the tool, then use its download control. Text results can be saved as a file; image and audio tools show their available export links after generation. A disabled download means a new result is needed.
Are my inputs uploaded?
The tool processes your input in this browser tab. Opening the page downloads the site assets; your tool inputs are not sent to a processing server. Save your result before closing the tab.
How do I start again?
Use Restore example to reset the editable fields, then run the tool again. Changing input invalidates the previous export so that you can generate a fresh result.
