TOOLZARI · UPDATED OCTOBER 23, 2026
Privacy Policy
How information is handled on ToolZari.
Who to contact
Tool Zari, operating in the United States, is the operator of ToolZari at toolzari.com. This notice describes information handling for the website. The privacy contact is privacy@toolzari.com. General questions can be sent to contact@toolzari.com.
Tool inputs and local processing
The application processes text and selected files in your browser. It does not send those inputs to a ToolZari processing API. Downloading a result creates a file on your device when you choose to save it. ToolZari cannot recover your local files, unsaved results or browser-stored notes. Avoid entering sensitive information on a shared or untrusted device.
Website requests and infrastructure
Visiting the site sends ordinary request information to the hosting and content-delivery infrastructure, including an IP address, requested URL, browser information and technical request metadata. The site uses Cloudways hosting and Cloudflare delivery/security services. Infrastructure logs and security processing support delivery, troubleshooting and protection of the website; provider settings and policies govern their retention. We do not promise a specific log-retention period that has not been verified.
Preferences, notes and timers
The application uses browser storage for language preferences, the dismissed bookmark reminder, and data explicitly saved by certain productivity tools such as notes or trackers. Some timers use session storage. These records remain in that browser profile unless you clear them or the relevant tool removes them. The bookmark reminder stores a dismissal time and suppresses the reminder for 30 days; the stored timestamp itself may remain until browser storage is cleared.
Messages you send us
If you email us, the message and its addressing information are handled by the mail services involved and may be used to respond, investigate your request and keep relevant correspondence. Do not send tool files or sensitive personal information unless they are necessary for your request. Ask the privacy contact about access or deletion of correspondence associated with you.
Analytics, advertising and external links
When site analytics is enabled, ToolZari uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Analytics cookies are enabled by default; a saved refusal overrides that default. Use Cookie settings in the footer to refuse or re-enable Analytics. Advertising consent is separate and off by default. Tool inputs, selected files and generated results are not included in our Analytics event parameters.
Your choices and requests
You can clear this site’s cookies and storage using your browser settings. This can remove saved notes, preferences and tool state, so export anything you need first. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection or other use of personal information. Contact privacy@toolzari.com with the request; locally stored tool data must generally be managed on your own device.
Updates to this notice
This page describes the current implementation and may change when the service changes. Review the updated date when returning to it. This notice does not mean that no technical information is processed when you visit a hosted website.
